Q: Can I control what data I send you?
A: You need to have a custom module that supports the ability to select products to send to us. You can find other feed managers if you visit the website of your shopping cart software.
 
Q: Can I set the shipping value? 
A: You have the following options
  • For merchants using the myshopping script for V 1.8 or later, we ask you to check the feed file is outputting the correct data. If it needs modification you can ask your developer to look at the PHP file.
    • Supply an accurate shipping field in your feed (Ask your developer to use 0=free, value=decimal amount or no data=null for the content of the field)
  • You can always override your shipping field in your account under the settings for My DataFeed>Shipping Configuration .
Q: Can I set the Stock Status? 
A: We expect the stock status when supplied to be accurate and we will endeavour to use your data and map to ours. The typical values we expect are Y or N.
 
Q: Can I Delete products out of stock? 
A: As long as you supply us a field with the accurate stock status then we can delete it for you. Please click here to request the change.
