Sending FTP files to Myshopping
If your shopping cart does not generate data feed automatically, but you still want to take advantage of our automated process, we can set you up to use FTP as a delivery vehicle for your data feed.
If you already have an FTP client installed, all you need is a FTP folder setup for you.Send email to support@myshopping with your website address and we can create a folder for you.
If you don't have an FTP client installed, please keep reading as we certainly may help you to find and install one.
When trying to send us a file via FTP you will most likely want to do it via and application like http://filezilla-project.org/ . Please download the version of Filezilla that is for you computing platform (https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client)
If you have trouble installing FileZilla then please try this documentation: http://wiki.filezilla-project.org/Client_Installation to help you with your installation.
Uploading
Next, you will need to open the application up (Filezilla) ( you can follow the tutorial on

Within the tutorial you will learn how you can upload a file and then through site manager how you can save your setting so you can do it faster next time. I hope this helps and if you have difficulty once you have Filezilla installed then please let us know.
