Q: How do I earn points?
A: Become a Rewards Member by joining now then shop online from our participating Merchants. 

Look for the easy to find red points on their listings as shown below.

 
Q: Can I transfer points to a friend?
A: No

Q: Voucher does not work at store checkout, what should I do?
A: Before you complete your purchase you should get in touch with the Merchant or contact us by email rewards@myshopping.com.au . Do not complete the purchase before you have an solution as to why the voucher does not work. 
 
Q: How do I cancel my account?
A: Just send us an email to rewards@myshopping.com.au from your the email you signed up with and we will close your account. You can also re-open it at any time by sending us an email from that same sign up account.
 
Q: I forgot my password. What do I do?
A: Try the this Password Recovery link, enter the email address you signed up with and check your email inbox, please allow up to 10 minutes. If you cannot find an email from us then do check your spam/junk folder before you take the next action. If you have nothing delivered then send an email to us at rewards@myshopping.com.au from the account email you signed up with.
 
Q: Where can I find voucher code I received yesterday?
A: You can instantly see your vouchers when you sign in, look at the section titled "Taken Vouchers". Also, you can see more details from from the link titled “My Points and Vouchers”
 
Q: How do I see more details on points I have earned?
A: You can always see your points history in your account when you sign in from the link titled “My Points and Vouchers” .
 
Q: I never received my activation email. Why not?
A: Please check your junk or spam folder. The email we sent you would have come from rewards@myshopping.com.au . If it is in the Junk or Spam folder then please add us to your trusted list of email addresses. If you still cannot find it then please contact us via email to rewards@myshopping.com.au from the account email you signed up with.
 
Q: Do I earn points from all Stores listed on Myshopping?
A: Shop from any participating Merchants, you can find who is participating by the points they show in red on their product listings. You can also filter and show products that have points available.

Q: If I buy products from store listed on Myshopping, when do I receive points?
A: You instantly see your vouchers when in your account page, sign in, look at the section titled "Taken Vouchers". Also, you can see more details from from the link titled “My Points and Vouchers”
Q: I did not receive points from my last purchase, what should I do?
A: Contact us by mailing rewards@myshopping.com.au with the details of the Merchant, purchase order number, amount of the order and the date you ordered it.
 
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: When you have collected enough points, by shopping online from participating merchants, you then can exchange the points for a voucher you like, follow this link to vouchers to see all the options you have right now. Don't forget that there are many free vouchers you can get as well.
 
Q: How do I change my email subscriptions settings?
A: You can manage all your email subscriptions here.
 
Q: Can I join if I do not live in Australia?
A: Yes you can, however you should check to see if the merchant who has the voucher can deliver to your country. Some merchants may not offer that service.
