1. Login in to your Myshopping account and locate your Merchant ID from the Account Summary screen.
2. Copy the code from the below box and replace the words YourMerchantId with your Myshopping Merchant ID
* Do not add any extra spaces or carriage returns with in the code also use a plain text editor to make modification.
3. Login in to your Big Commerce account and navigate to the follow section
Advanced settings > Affiliate conversion tracking
4. Locate the section conversion tracking
5. Paste the full tracking code in to the large empty box
6. Click the blue Save button at the bottom of the screen to finalize the changes
**Please note sales transactional data are displayed as default store currency settings and not as AUD
Dont forget to test the code is working
All that is left now is to do a test to ensure the tracking code is working properly. To do a test, please do the following;
- complete a purchase on your store, please do not hit refresh after you have completed the order
- make a note of the amount and the date + the order number for that order
- send an email to us with the order number, date and amount. We will find the data for you same day
All sales data appears next day in your Merchant interface so you can always wait 24hrs to check the data yourself.
