Displaying your store logo

We know how important showing your logo can be for your store. MyShopping Australia does not charge for logo display, however we do have some simple rules to follow so you too can enjoy the benefits of your logo on our site.

Logo Specifications

Dimensions: 114x25 pixels
Format : .GIF -

Note: We can take in images as PNG or JPG but cannot guarantee the conversion our system does will retain all your logo's characteristics and colour shading.

Sales Tracking

Install sales tracking and we can display your logo if you don't meet any of the payment plans below.

Payment Plans eligible for use of your logo

At a minimum you should be on a Super 50 or Monthly 300 plan.

Add/Update your Logo

Click https://merchant.myshopping.com.au/StoreDetailsView.aspx
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "change logo" button
follow the rest of the instructions and apply your changes

Note: changes take effect in 12-24 hrs

If you are having difficulty getting a working logo please email us by clicking here support@myshopping.com.au and attach the logo you have already tried to upload. Please remember to allow 12-24hrs for any changes you have made and seen on your merchant account.
