Myshopping Update Times

We have a multitude of ways that we process your data and if you are on one of our automated schedules then we most likely pick up your data on the same time every day in the early hours of the morning and then have your data live by that morning day.
 
If there is a better time that we can arrange then we work with you to determine the best time according to our schedule.

Processing Times Explained

For each update cycle we have a lead time for when we must have your data processed by, please consult the list below for more details:

To go Live at 11AM (AEST) all the data must be processed by 5.45AM (AEST)
To go Live at 3PM (AEST) all the data must be processed by 10.45AM (AEST)
To go Live at 10PM (AEST) all the data must be processed by 5.45PM (AEST)
 
 

NOTE:Initially, for new products added, we categorise your products based of the categories you supply so that we can get your data online as soon as possible, in some cases categories may be missing or not 'map' directly to an existing category we have. If this is the case then please allow us an additional 24-36 hrs to complete this initial work. Once we have a product categorised the update process follows the schedule above for product changes and updates.
